I need Exercise ideas

I just started on here and need some help please. I work very long hours (12 mostly at a desk) a hour drive to and from work. When I am not working (4 days out of the week) I am trying to get shopping, house work, laundry, time with family and other things done. I need something that will fit into my day so that I can be exerciseing to . Please if anyone has any ideas for me that would be great.

  • Can you walk during your lunch or other breaks? When I'm at the office I will try to take the stairs to the basement bathroom (I work on the 3rd floor) instead of just going down the hall. Can you stand at your desk and walk in place? It might look silly, but maybe some coworkers would join you.
    Curves is also a great 1/2 hour workout if you have access to a facility.
    On the days you aren't working, park far away when running errands, do a video at home, join a gym, go for a walk. I have 12ish hour days 3/week and I just go to the gym after my last job ends. It stinks getting home late, but that's what it'll take so I'll do it.

    If you don't have time for a gym, maybe get some dvd's OR USE youtube for vids, there are tons and free......get it done as soon as you wake and then its out of the way.......or right before bed, if you think you'll have the energy.......

    Chalean Extreme. 30 - 45 minutes a work out. It gets the job done. There is no fooling around. I lost 23 lbs with this program and shakeology. It is affective and it does not take up to much time. A 30 minute workout is 2% of your day. Get it done!
