Weird NSV-spoiled milk

This morning I made my usual oatmeal and when I sat done to eat it it tasted funky. Couldn't put my finger on it as to way.
After a bit I realized that the milk I used had gone bad.
Now this might not be an NSV for most people but for me it was!
You see, in the past I'd drink a half gallon of 2% milk all by myself in a couple of days.
For a half gallon on skim milk to go bad meant that I hadn't been chugging milk like I used to!
I know milk isn't bad for you, but I was drinking it like water so not drinking so much was a big change!
