Does anyone sub the recovery week for running? I was thinking of running 5k instead of doing Core Cardio and balance. I have amazing balance, and flexibility. I would just love to use this break as a time to do my own thing. Any suggestions?

I don't see why not. Towards the end of month two I was doing two to three videos a day since my conditioning could handle it. During recovery week I also did some running and other exercising outside of the Core Cardio and Balance vids.0

woa 916LUDE you are hard core! I could not imagine doing that many videos in one day. I am nursing a baby, so if I did that I would die lol. I can only eat so many calories before my stomach would explode. I may do some extra weight lifting at the gym, on top of my running. Are you training for anything particular?0
