    There is a definitely an echo here today.

    Watch your calories - often carb foods are high in calories but there is no real reason to cut them out.

    One pain au chocolat = 10 slices of ham

    Both are in my diary every once in a while.

    Carbs (mostly processed carbs) effect women with PCOS, we are much more sensitive to it so thats why I personally do low carb

    Not intentionally. but when I am restricting my calories, I tend to choose the food that is the most nutrient dense. Many carbs tend to be calorie dense, but not so nutrient dense. Most of my carbs come from fruit.

    ^^this. Plus I noticed for me personally when eating less sugar/carbs my cravings for sweet foods are significantly reduced.

    ok thanks for the answers. just noticed that a lot of people seem to be going on about how bad carbs are and they are really limiting them and i do like my bread :l
