P90X Round One Complete

I started my 2nd round of P90X today, but wanted to share my first round results (no pics, but maybe I will take some next time).
I didn't do every workout, and had a couple of weeks in the middle where I was out of town, so these results are not necessarily indicative of what is possible if you really push it.
Weight, Starting: 265
Weight, End: 254
11 pounds lost. (I gained back 2.5 while on vacation, so I lost a total of 13.5 over a 90 day time period)
Bicep, Starting: 16 inches
Bicep, End: 16.75 inches
Gained 3/4 inch at the bicep.
Waist, Starting: 51.25 inches
Waist, Ending: 48.50
Lost 2.75 inches at the waist.
But the stat I'm most proud of:
Day One of P90X is chest and back, and nearly the entire workout is composed of push-ups and pull-ups.
Counting up the total push-ups I did on Day One of Round One, I was able to barely eke out 37 pushups. This number is composed of all sorts of different varieties of pushups (standard, military, wide, narrow, decline...you get the idea).
Fast forward to today, which was Day One of Round 2. I counted up my pushups for today, and....
I did 99 pushups in a single workout. I know that's not an amazing number for someone in good shape, but it is a great number for ME.
I also just feel a LOT stronger, and have more energy. I don't do the exercises exactly as outlined all the time, and I still skip an exercise here and there and I quit midway through if I get naueseous, but I'm going to keep at it anyway.
