Here's the recipe i used to make the gumbo i posted. I would love to hear suggestions that would keep this dish tasty but be a little "healthier" on the sodium content.

    Sounds yummy! I am going to take a few things from your recipe. I normally use gumbo file and I make my stock from the shells of the shrimp and lobster tail. I will try the chicken stock and creole gumbo mix. Thanks sir!

    Sounds delicious! I don't have many options to lower sodium, Tony's is rather high in sodium...maybe some "real" chicken breast rather than the canned stuff, and do they make low sodium hot links? That might be an option. Eithey way YUM
