Its back and I am so excited this year as in the past I have sat religiously watching the show finding myself watching and eating junk thinking I should really stop this I could end up in that position one day.

Well not this year... I have 9kg (about 20 pounds) and I am going to watch to then go away and take on some of the challanges with hubby....

    I can't wait till it starts but it's driving me absolutely insane that the ads don't say when it starts!!

    I'm assuming near the start of Feb?
