Groundhog day!

Is your food diary like Groundhog day? I am terrible for eating the same stuff over and over and over.....well you get the idea.

My current favourite is a chicken breast with garlic and rosemary with some savoury rice. Would eat it every meal if I could.

What's your Groundhog food?

    Sandwiches. I eat buffalo chicken breast or egg with hot sauce pretty much every day.

    Guilty as charged. I usually have mixed berries with Greek yogurt, flax and chia seeds every lunchtime. I had a change today as I am feeling a bit under the weather. Missed my usual lunch though, so will probably go back to it tomorrow. :-)

    4 egg whites with a slice of swiss cheese every morning. I guess I am guilty too.

    I definitely do this; I don't vary the menu much, but I really enjoy the food I eat, so it's not like I'm missing anything (and I've always been someone with the habit of eating the same thing over and over). My go-to is tostadas made with corn tortillas, black beans, meat, cheese, sour cream, avocado, and homemade salsa.

    There's nothing wrong with it though. Once you figure out something that helps you succeed, you'd be stupid or crazy to avoid it. If I find food that tastes good, fits my macros well, and keeps me satiated, then you can bet it'll be a staple. Experimenting complicates things and requires constant retweaking, so I save the adventurousness for infrequent/special occasions.
