HELP!

Hey all! I've been on MFP for a while. I have not been holding myself accountable for w few months and my weight shows that. I'm so discouraged and disgusted with myself. I cant believe that I gained back all that I lost before and then some. I feel so ashamed. I have no excuse either. Just pure laziness.
Does anyone have any advise to help me over this hurdle and get back on the right track? Please feel free to send me a friend request.

    It's 98% psychological. YOu have to really delve into the reasons why you are sabotoging yourself.

    Start a journal. Write down all your thoughts when you are about to eat if it isn't meal time. If you don't think about it, write about it after it happens.

    If hunger isn't the problem, food isn't the solution.

    I get that same feeling a lot. I force myself to get on, though... even if it's just to read what others are posting. I try to stay motivated... even though it is hard. I don't always succeed though. But, I keep trying.
