I'm a ltitle frustrated because i have slowly gained weight the last year and now i need to lose it back off. It's been a struggle and the said thing is, i work out 7 days a week!
I used to be in shape very well! But it seems to be slipping. So support would be great!

    Good luck to you! This programme is great because it will help to keep all your calories accounted for - incoming and outgoing!

    :flowerforyou: Hello glad you found this site. I am not an expert, but I have read that you need to give your body a break from exercise once in a while, or maybe change the exercise you do. I was having that problem for a while, too much of the same exercise, so I added weight training.
