Sugar Pumpkin Recipes?

I'm trying to find a clean way to cook a sugar pumpkin without butter or sugar (or anything artificial). For most squashes, I use olive oil or balsamic, and herbs, but not sure how that would turn out with a sugar pumpkin. Thanks in advance for any ideas!
