Don't get me wrong, I love hearing the views if people from other parts if the world but find the time difference makes it difficult to keep track with when people are exercising.
I've tried big groups but am looking for someone who wants to keep in touch AT LEAST once a day who will moan at me if I don't exercise - so am looking for someone who would like that back.
I've got Body Revilution and Charlean Extreme but also am near the end if the C25K programme. I just keep starting things and then fizzling out!!!

Feel free to add me. Iove to exercise but sometimes
my motivation does go a little skew whiff! I did run 5k yesterday the first time for ages and boxercise and circuits classes thanks to hubby dragging me along but extra motivation is always and I do try to log in to mfp every day. I also have various DVDs such as 30 day shred but never seem to get around to doing these!

Hi, im doing TurboFire day 5 (did 4 weeks before christmas and a few odd weeks here and there) I did the Manchester 10K last year and came LAST ha ha!
Add me for some motivtion because i need all i can get
