Can't help you there but I ate some at the weekend and they're the work of the devil. Tasty, but so full of rubbish and high in calories!0

I don't know that either one has just plain regular frankfurters, but the Bilinski brand chicken sausages (http://www.bilinski.com/products.cfm) and Aidell's both have nitrate/nitrite free offerings. The pineapple hot dogs by Aidell's are quite tasty. (http://www.aidells.com/product/14025)0

Shamefully...I dont know what nitrates are...but I buy Applegate Farms Uncured Turkey Hot dogs. They are low in cals & lower in sodium.0
