5-Ingredient Quick & Easy Turkey Chili
Options
Low-cal, low-fat, low-carb...but super-tasty....chili!
* 1 lb lean ground turkey
* 1 medium onion
* 1 medium can (14oz) tomato sauce
* 1 large can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
* Chili powder- (3-4 tbsp, or to taste)
* Brown the turkey and the onions in a large pan.
* Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chili powder.
* Simmer
Once it cooled a little, I split it into 4 tupperware containers and voila- 4 meals ready to go!
Stats in case you care (for 1/4 of recipe):
* Cals- 268
* Carbs- 19 g
* Fat- 9 g
* Protein- 20 g
* Sodium- 815 g

I hope you enjoy it!!! I was surprised at how flavorful it was, considering there's not much to it. And if you split it into 4, it's a pretty big serving. It could easily be 6 servings, even more if it's used as a side.0

This recipe is awesome! A slight difference in amount on tomato sauce than what I use, but it tastes really good!!0
