All,
Does anyone else have issues with trying to figure out how to get to the gym. My son is 2 and I have no family by me at all. Trying to find a babysitter for a trip to my local small town gym has been such a pain I have given up. My treadmill is about shot and starting to get to ice covered road season for major exersize outside during the week. (On weekends I can go during daylight hours to see) Any one have any good home routines or DVD's they do that gives a good burn that will not cost me over $100.
Could use all the suggestions I can get since I will be stuck in the house it seems. I miss the YMCA
