Group Power Class

I took my 1st Group Power class today but I don't know how to log it in.

Any suggestions?

    Aerobics maybe. There's an option for high intensity and low intensity, so that's up to you.

    If Power Class has something to do with weights and cardio, then I'd suggest circuit training.
