How many cals in a recipe

Hi

These muffins are so good/easy
I used skim milk instead of butter and skip the raisins etc....just use oat flour/honey etc
I haven't made these since starting my program a few weeks ago
Is there a reliable way to figure out how many cals each muffin has?

OAT FLOUR MUFFINS

Recipe By :
Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Breads Quick

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method


1 c AM Oat Flour
1 t Non-alum baking powder
1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
2 tb Raw honey
1/3 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Raisins or dates
-OR- chopped nuts
1 tb AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
1 Egg -- beaten
-OR- egg replacer

Stir together dry ingredients. Mix liquids and fruit
or nuts together and add to dry mixture, stirring
lightly. Fill 6 oiled muffin tins 1/2 full and bake
15 minutes at 425 F.

    They have a recipe calculator. Just pop in all the ingredients and it does all the info for you.
