I'm sort of new

Hey there! Well I am sort of new, but not really. What does that mean? I've been using Myfitnesspal on my IPhone for several weeks and I love it. Tracking what I eat has always been a good thing for me. It gives me a snapshot of my eating habits (good and/or bad). I've let 30 pounds pad my body- mostly from NOT tracking my calories. Not eating breakfast or lunch and then piling it on at dinner and beyond. I've gotten back into the habit of tracking my eating and have lost 2 pounds in as many weeks. Stay real ya'll! :-)

    Welcome! I love that it the MFP is available to me on the go and when I have a computer. I love it here!
