cafeteria life

it really sucks cutting weight while im eating every meal out of a cafeteria for the next few months, anyone have any experience with this have any tips? life isn't easy for us carb loving cavemen;) damn near breaks my heart walking past burgers and onion rings on my way to some nice salmon loins:P
