week 2 doldrums

closing in on the end of the second week and i'm struggling. Life seems to make it much easier to fall back on poor habits than to battle through creating new ones. First week was a great success, but i've actually couple pounds back on.

Wishing will power and determination grew on trees. Must get over this hump to be successful. Open to any and all ideas.

    Week two has been a struggle for me too! You are not alone!!! But WHEN (not if) we get through this it is just another success!!!

    Week two is often a struggle, your body has had time to adjust to your new eating habits and exercise routine and isn't as willing to give up those pounds. You just have to keep going. There will always be plateaus, and maybe gains, but you just need to dig in and not let it get you down. You will lose again!
