So you do your required exercises for the week that you record, but what else do you do extra? What keeps you moving that maybe you wouldn't have done before?

Here are some of my examples:
1. Not always parking in the closest spot
2. Commerical time is chore time, doing a little cleaning
3. No more elevators
4. Standing only while getting ready in the moring
5. Taking a longer walking route in the store
6. Stretching while in the shower

What extra do you do? :smile:
