would you count walking at a slow pace for work exercise I'm on my feet for 7hrs a day walking around

rather than counting that as exercise, could you count it in your lifestyle when you set up your goals?... I put that I'm "sedentary" because I sit all day, but there is an option that includes light or medium activity like teachers or other people who move around more but aren't doing heavy construction work.
If instead you list that you're sedentary, then you should count it as light exercise to make sure the movement is captured, but I don't know how to figure out how many calories it would be.
Whichever way you decide to do it, try to be accurate and consistent - if you stick to your plan but find you aren't achieving the results you're expecting, revisit it and try something else.
