I can grow food, fish, and am very good filleting fish and cooking it. I was also a butcher.. so any chickens we find...
However, while I can work out grapes, wine eludes me.

Depends, is it like Castaway long and my husband thinks I'm dead (he's on here but not one of my pals), or is it just for a couple of months where he would still be hoping? For the former I'd have to pick the man very carefully so it might take time to figure it out. I the later than I'd have to either go with Q or any person who knows how to make booze.
