Hi all - I've done JM 30DS, RI30, and am finished up my last few weeks of Insanity. I was thinking about starting up some Yoga - though I have never offiically done or tried anything Yoga specific - only moves that were whatever was incorporated into those DVD's I already mentioned. Can anyone suggest any DVD's that you consider favorites or must-haves? I have a friend that suggested P90X Yoga, but I can't find it in single DVD w/out the program. I've researched amazon.com but there are soooooo many to choose from I don't know where to start, if I should stick solely to beginners DVD's or what. . .I honestly don't have a clue how difficult Yoga is or isn't so any help is appreciated. Also, I don't know if this matters, but I just reached my goal weight and not looking to LOSE but want to maintain muscle tone, increase flexibility, etc. . . maybe learn to RELAX a bit! LOL Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

    Rodney Lee has my vote.

There are many options you can work with depending on what you're looking for, strength, relaxation, greeting the morning, calming before night.

my favorite is his yoga for strength. it's not what non-yogis would expect from yoga.

I second the Rodney Yee. You can also search the message boards for more recommendations.
