Its my Birthday today!

Today is my 26th Birthday!
I weigh 262 lb my goal is to weigh 180 lb before my 27th birthday.
I need to lose 82 lb this year, That's a big goal but if I break it up into small goals I believe I can do it!

The future depends on what we do in the present.

    82 lbs is a big goal but I definately think you can do it! It will take a lot of discipline and hard work, but with support... YOU CAN DO IT!
