Don't know what happened to the original blog post, but here is the basic recipe for easy, chewy/delicious yeast bread:

You will need 4-6 quart dutch oven type pot with a lid (oven-safe)

In a large mixing bowl, sift together:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk

Add 1 1/2 cups water and any flavoring you would like to add(eg. dried herbs, garlic powder, shredded cheese).
Stir with a large spoon or spatula, cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel, and leave AT ROOM TEMP for at least 10-12 hours.

Preheat oven to 450, and preheat pot with lid also.
Turn dough onto a well-floured surface and form into a ball.
CAREFULLY place loaf into pot and cover.
Bake for 30 minutes @ 450, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.

I hope you enjoy this as much as we have...can't wait to experiment with different flavor/texture additions:)
