Intensive workout program for 2 months, any one with me??

Hi guys,

I have about 2 month to leave Canada for good and go back to my home country and I have about 20 pounds more to lose. The good news is I will have more time in the next 2 month to do more workouts ( 2-3 hours/ day) for 6 days/week

I tried to do this last week to up my time from 1 hour to 2 and I did it and I noticed a big change in my body

Now I'm going to follow the following plan:

1- Workout: 2-3 hours per day/ days a week

2-Diet plan: Watching my calorie intake ( 1500-1800)

3-Water: 4L

4- Vitamins

FYI: 5'7" frame with 170 pounds and I have lost about 60 pounds so fat and need to lose 20-22 more

    Alright I am ready to begin. Last recorded weigh in was 206.8 lbs as of 7:00am this morning. I am 5'4". My goal is to workout 6 days a week with weight training for at least 3 days / week. I need to work on making sure that I am not severly under my calorie intake at the end of the day. What I burn I need to make up to feed my muscles.
