Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows whether frozen yogurt is bad for you? I am currently trying to lose weight and try to get fro-yo instead of icecream, is this a good idea or should I try to avoid it as well? It usually has about 30 calories and ounce, and I get around 4 oz. when I do treat myself, which is about 3 times a week.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
