Pregnant - Looking to have a healthy pregnancy!

I'm 26w2d pregnant with my second baby girl. I have an (almost) 1 year old. I'm totally not new to this diet and exercise stuff but I'm determined not to make the same mistakes I made when I was pregnant with my first last year (I jumped from 135lbs to 205lbs with my first). I managed to drop to 148lbs 5 months after I had my first baby only to find out we were pregnant again. As of now I'm up 23lbs, which is more than I'd like. I'm motivated to stay on a schedule with walking/exercise and eating LESS JUNK as well as making better meal choices. My goal is to maintain my weight for as long as possible now and through the next 13 weeks. This point in my pregnancy with my first I was up 36lbs so I'm doing better than before, but I'd still like to avoid getting anywhere near my weight at the end of my last pregnancy.

just remember that you don't really need extra cals til the last trimester. At that point, you only need an extra 300-500 to fuel that final growth spurt.0
