A not so good day...

My trainer today asked me when the last time I weighed myself was. I told him last week. He asked me to hop on the scale. I didn't really want to do it (but kinda did).
Turns out, I'd gained weight. Just 2 pounds...and it was a different scale... but stll. I was pretty heartbroken.
I feel like I've been working my *kitten* off and...nothing.
My eating really needs to get under control.... anyone willing to add me as a friend and who has open diaries? I look there for inspiration cause I"m in desperate need to gain control on that aspect of my weight loss journey.....

Different scales, different conditions, different result. If you want to monitor your weight, you need to use one set of scales at the same time under the same conditions (i.e. after morning bathroom routine, naked / end of the day wearing PJs etc.). We bought a new set of scales which measured 3lb different to the old ones. Doesn't mean I magically put on or lost 3lb moving between them!0
