Hi All,
I was just wondering what songs you all like that pump you up and get you motivated to exercise....
At the moment it's eye of the tiger for me, I love upbeat music that makes me want to move..
I look forward to seeing what you all like x

Dubstep and Mashup as genres work pretty well for me, and like you I really enjoy upbeat music...some of my best workout songs include:
Linkin Park - Reanimation (Whole Album)
Verve Remixed (Whole Album)
The Prodigy - Fat of the Land (Whole Album)
Metric - Synthetica, and Youth Without Youth
Incubus - Stellar, Wish You Were Here
I like to create huge playlists with upbeat songs with a mellower song thrown in every 3 or 5.
Best of luck with your fitness goals, stick with it!0 -
I like the upbeat music while I'm really working out then the mellower music as I'm gettin towards the end of my workout!!!! You've got some great choices there!0

Neon Trees and stuff from the 80s does it for me!0

Eminem-Collapse
LMFAO-Sexy and I Know it
Fort Minor-Remember the Name
Lady Gaga-Born This Way
Eminem-Lighters
Kanye West-Stronger
Eminem-Not Afraid
Keri Hilson-Pretty Girl Rock
These songs give me the motivation to work out, the first song is my favorite. Some of it is newer stuff and mostly rap, pop or hip hop0 -
killswitch engage & girl power0

Lady Gaga, 3oh!3, Mammia Mia (Abba), basically anything with a quick beat. I love country but it doesn't do the trick.0

On my Run playlist I have the following:
Eminem: 'Till I Collapse (my favorite)
Saliva: Badass
The Prodigy: Breathe
Flobots: Combat
Godsmack: Cryin' Like a *****
Splack Pack: Shake That *kitten* ***** (just because it's funny)
Volbeat: A Warrior's Call
Korn: Coming Undone0 -
Eh... I'm not quite the same as anyone on here but my motivational playlist consists of the soundtrack to Rocky, Top Gun, Scarface, and St. Elmo's Fire. A bit like OP
Push It To The Limit - from Scarface
St. Elmo's Fire
The Final Countdown - Europe
Eye Of The Tiger - Survivor
Playing With The Boys - from Top Gun
Danger Zone - from Top Gun
^also from Kenny Loggins, Footloose.
Other songs include:
Bright Lights by Matchbox 20
Shadows, the dubstep remix, by Lindsey Stirling.
Run - Snow Patrol
Run - Collective Soul
I think my motivational music plays far more toward my emotional influence than my physical or mental, which is why I always seem to attract songs like this.0 -
You've all great motivational music for whatever reason.. Another song thats really got me going today is Rudimental 'feel the love', it's great coz it's fast, it gets me pumped. LOVE IT!!!!!0
