Exercise at Work

Hello everyone!

I know this might sound a bit daft, but does anyone know of some little exercises you could do at your desk just to get your heart going a bit during the day?

    The only ones I know are strength/toning excercises... Not really get your HR up...

    google Hindu squats. I do about 20 at a time, a few times a day. Gets the blood pumping to my head and wakes me right up. You will need to be wearing pants with a little "give".

    I like to get up and walk frequently and take a walk on my lunch hour. I've been known to do squats and lunges in the ladies room too :blushing: HOWEVER........it's no replacement for a real workout. That happens in the gym after work!
