This has to be the best tool I have ever come accross

So glad I stumbled accross this site. Beats any fad diets and you can eat what you like so long as your within your calorie intake. I am new on here, this is my second week and am hoping to shift 3 stone. I am eating 1200 calories a day and live for Saturdays when I can save my calories and consume a bottle of red wine :smile:
I am a single Mum with two boys aged 2 and nearly 4, time to shift that excess and get my confidence back.
Be nice to meet some new friends on here :smile:

    Feel free to add me if you want to. I have 2 boys as well and need to lose 2 stone. I started on here nearly 4 weeks ago and everyone is fab. So motivational and supportive.
