Stupid comments - a rant / hit list

I have lost some weight since August. I was leading a very unealthy life before and I am now doing my best to be healthy. The weigh loss is a secondary (but welcome) consequence of the fact that I took up running, yoga and replaced my awful diet with healthy stuff.
My colleagues are starting to notice that I look different and they obviously feel the need to comment. Even those that normally wouldn't go further than saying "hello" without even looking at me - they are all compelled to comment on my body shape and size. So much that some of them commented TWICE and even went to my partner (he works in the same company, but a different division) and comment to him.
I find this behaviour very rude, personally, and here is a collection of the worst comments:
Pole position:
"You are so thin! Are you anorexic? You are holding a bottle of water and you lost weight, so you are anorexic".
Second place:
"You lost a HUGE amount of weight! You are half the size you were before!"
Third place:
"If you lose any more weight, you will disappear".
...
For the records, I lost about 20 libs, my BMI went from 24,8 to 20,7 and 2 clothing sizes. A good change, but nothing dramatic. I went from being chubby (which, is now obvious, was horribly overweight in their books) to being quite lean. Also, my body fat % is still rather high - I am working on it now.
I believe that there is a big difference between honest, caring compliments and just being nosy and stepping out of certain boundaries. The comments above aren't good natured compliments and they didn't come from people that are close enough to me to feel allowed to comment on my body. I don't go around commenting on other people's bodies, because I think it's rude, so comments like these (or even the most polite ones) make me nervous.
Also, almost every body got to comment TWICE - they just make me want to scream: "Bloody Hell, you noticed my weight loss, I get it. Can this please stop now? Are you so frigging dumb and boring that this is the only conversation starter you can think of? Are people really defined so much by their body shape for you, that there is nothing else you can say?"
Sorry, rant over.

I feel the same way, I've lost about 31ish pounds and people keep commenting on it, and I say thank you and I still have quite a ways to go, they proceed to say, don't do that you're going to look anorexic!!! or something just as awful
It's difficult sometimes to navigate through people's comments, but remember, you are doing this for you and not for them, so who gives a crap what they say, just TRY to brush it off and keep doing what you're doing.0
