Nothing is impossible ...
"The hardest part of every day is waking up and asking myself if I’m ready to try to make myself better than I was yesterday."0 -
NOT NOT NOT impossible!! I'm doing it, and never ever thought I could!! started at 290, got word from dr that I had type 2 diabetes. That SCARED the bejeebers out of me. I'm down to 241. not at goal, but feeling so much better already. Small changes, small steps, make the difference. I had to find exercise I could really do and stick with. for me its swimming. find friends on here, and track everything!! good or bad!! Read the success stories and you will find motivation! If you need a friend, be happy to be there for you. Good luck YOU CAN DO IT!:flowerforyou:0

First of all, welcome to MFP!!!! Secondly, it is not impossible. You just have to learn how to eat right and in moderation. It takes work and dedication to lose weight. You can do this! Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a diet!
Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like. Best of luck to you!!!!!
