Lyle McDonald's UD 2.0 versus RFL Handbook?

Hey everybody! I have a quick question for those who are familiar with Lyle McDonald and his approach to diet and training. It seems that both UD 2.0 and Rapid Fat Loss Handbook would be great options for me, but given my timeframe I'm not sure which one to try.

I have a photo shoot coming up in about 5.5 weeks that I need to peel away a few pounds of fat for.

Has anyone used the programs?
