Just Starting - Friends needed

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well. I am now on day TWO of my journey. I am not finding that I am overly hungry. The struggle is more choosing the right foods. I had a tuna wrap for lunch, instead of having it in a tortilla I wrapped it in a lettuce leaf. It tasted really good…surprisingly! Last night the chocolate fingers got to me and I ended up scoffing 8 0f them. However on a usual night I could have got through the box and then gone looking for more. I have also cut out my tea and coffee, I used to drink between 5-9 cups with full fat milk and 2 sugars during a day. Hopefully the little lifestyle changes will help me. I am really enjoying this site. Having other people who are trying to achieve similar goals is brilliant! I would really like some more support or anyone who has any good recipes that are low calorie low carb. I eat just about anything. I am trying to avoid bread, pasta and rice. So alternatives and suggestions welcomed. Thank you for reading and good luck to you all with your goals.
