I am 6' 5'', current weight is 224. I ultimately want to head to around 190'ish with around 10% body fat (currently around 24%).
I am looking for input from others around this size/weight. I am new to this, and in the desire to have the weight "fly off", I started too low (1400ish). Upped my calories to 2100 and started losing again, albeit slowly.
Lift 3 days a week, High Intensity Strength Circuits, 15 minutes after a 15 minute interval cardio warmup, and I do 1 15 minute HIIT per week. I lift Monday/Wednesday/Friday and do my HIIT either Saturday or Sunday.
I am a teacher, so spend about half the day on my feet walking, so between that and exercising 4 days a week, I guestimate my activity level as moderate.
I have a sneaking suspicion I should be eating even more than 2100 to speed up loss, however I have only been at 2100 for a week now and I wanted to give it to.
Where should I go from here? Up about 100 at a time until I start maintaining, then start knocking off calories from there?
