Staying on track when sick...

So it appears that I have a cold or something whacky going on. Also my body temperature is about 2 degrees lower than usual... feeling really unmotiviated to eat healthy as all I want are the 'comfort' foods.

Any advice on how to satisfy those cravings without totally ruining my daily count, or any medical thoughts on how to kick this out quicker?

Thanks!

Soups, i find them comforting and you can find decent low cal ones, go for low sodium ones and add salt your self if you feel it needs it. They can be high in sodium otherwise. Low cal bread and cheese grilled cheese sandwich, Cabot and cracker barrel have some good low fat cheeses. Good luck

I just got over a nasty cold. I didn't work out at all and felt the same way about foods. Soup is usually a low cal, comforting option!
