Average weight loss per month

Hey everyone,

Any idea/advise on what I should expect to lose (on average per week) on MFP? I am a healthy eater, I don't eat much junk but I do endulge here and there in a sweet now and then. I try my hardest to get those darn veggies in each day too. My water/fruits/dairy and protein are also part of my healthy eating. I am 4 foot 8 and weight 132.0 Yep a bit on the unhealthy side of the scale right now but looking forward to being back on the healthy side of the scale.

I workout 3x per week.

I need some support right now, feeling a bit down that my weight loss is sitting at 2.0. I see all the tickers and they show amazing weight loss results. I have 20 pounds to remove and really want to be successful.
