Im not a big fan of the beach body programs, but a success story is a success story no matter how they got there. I wouldnt bash them because they are excited they were able to lose the weight keep it off and look amazing. Yes it can be alittle annoying getting the "let me be your coach speech", but it reality they are people just trying to help you out. Id say atleast 80% of the people on MFP use a PROGRAM to lose the weight, whats the big deal that they want to share their success story? **SMH** add me facebook www.facebook.com/msmichellesolomon
