First week - SUCCESS!!!

I love this plan. Even after 2 Thanksgiving dinners I'm down 3 pounds. I have been trying for months to get the scales moving again with no luck at all. One week of MFP and TA-DAH! So exciting! I even had a small piece of chocolate cake with each Thanksgiving dinner. What I learned this week -- If I eat peanuts it will pretty much double my calories for the day. Note to self "STAY AWAY FROM PEANUTS".
