I need motivation. Here lately I really have been feeling like quitting. I get mad at myself because I can't run a 10 min mile or can't run the entire 5K. I know I have only been doing this for 5 weeks but I want to be thin so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to encouage other people that wanted to run and maybe we can support each other.

OK, deep breath, we can do this. Don't quit!

I want to run as well, but I'm having issues with general laziness and shin splints. I'm working on walking 5 K for now and can do it in just over an hour. I know I need to improve my cardio fitness level so I'm thinking of taking up swimming on alternating days to give my legs a break.

    Feel free to friend me.

I just started to clean up my eating. I am doing the Jillian Michael 30 day shred in between my running days. I had a bad day yesterday...

We are all allowed to have a bad day once in awhile. I'm just coming off a bad weekend - LOL. Can't undo past actions, but accept them and move forward. It is a new day today!

I've been running for over 6 years and still rarely do 10minute miles...! I also often have walk breaks when I run. Nothing to be ashamed of, we all train in different ways.

Remember, no matter how slow you run, you're still faster than the person on the sofa!
