knowing what and how much we should eat

:indifferent: I have been lower on calories BECAUSE 8/ what I want to eat is really high in cal so I don't eat anything I have not learned some of the healthy choices I need to be making I really need to do some ??? to get more variety but it has to be easy or I will give up I have been told that I am not eating enough and I am going to put myself into a mode where my body will hold on to everything because it thinks its starving ?? what is your thoughts ? PLEASE HELP ME WITH MENU IDEAS :smile:
