30 day shred question

So to the peeps who have done this, is this the only workout you did for 30 days? I have seen some awesome result pics but 20 min a day only? just curious. thanks!

    I started this last week because its getting too cold to bike and I needed a daily exercise to start on.
    I notice a difference already and I've only done 5 work outs.
    HOWEVER, I have found with Level 1 that the strength exercises work on the same muscle groups repeatedly rather than a variety of muscles. (for example, she does a lot of shoulders and back, a bit of biceps, but absolutely no triceps.)
    So I supplement with other weight routines for any area I specifically want to work out.

    And I do additional cardio where I can (biking, swimming, etc.).

    But I do think the shred could make a difference on its own, especially if you're still watching your calorie intake.

    I've also noticed a difference and I've only done 7 work outs so far! Other stuff I've been doing include a boot camp class once a week, and I try and get the P90x ab ripper in 3-4 times a week (15 min video), cuz I need more ab work than the 30 day shred provides! I also recently moved and walk everywhere now, as well as my calorie counting. I def recommend it - it's SO easy to fit into your day if you're a busy person like me :)
