females leaning out & trying to build some muscle...macros?

What are your macros like?
It's tough for me to get 40/40/20 macros, so I've been trying the whole 40/30/30, but I'm wondering if that is hindering my progress by consuming more fat (and no, my fat is not all bad fat, i eat almonds, avocados, and eggs often)... just like to hear what everyone else is doing and how their progress is going....
