The fitbit style products are a fun way to stay competitive and get your butt off the couch to hit the daily goal. Great like an earlier poster commented about it being that way to get that last little bit of exercise.
I can't say enough good things about my motorola ACTV. I wish they hadn't discontinued it. It's a little pricey, but it allows me to connect in a heart rate monitor and pedometer. Great for running indoors (or outdoors since it has GPS). Plus with the built in bluetooth and MP3 player I can jam to music and keep up with all my exercise stats.0 -
Did your Cardiologist give you a range that was appropriate for you/your husband while on the medication to active a good cardiac workout. I am doing rehab and we are getting some ranges for now with the recommendation of the cardiologist. I will agree however based on the HR vs amount of workout there is a big change. I swear I am working out really hard but hr doesn't show it. My sweat does however..LOL0
