Back at it...

Hi! I've been using MFP since January but relaxed it a little during the summer. So I'm back logging and watching things more carefully. Kind of slacked on exercise this summer too....but then I broke my leg so maybe that's allowed! Anyhow...didn't gain more than 5 lbs of the 44 I had lost in the past 1 1/2 year and3.5 has come off already. Guessing that was mostly water weight so maybe I didn't do so bad this summer.
Needing support to keep on track. I do well Mon. - Fri. then kind of let myself have a few treats on weekends. Seems to be working so far. Could really use ideas on how to keep the exercise more regular.....I have a bowflex and treadmill at home so weather, travel etc. is no excuse. But I can come up with some pretty inventive ones when I want :laugh:
Getting married Dec. 29 but not looking ot lose weight or "fit in a dress"...that's ridiculous! But definitely don't want to gain any back...
