Mediterranean

I am sure this has already been asked but since I haven see it I am asking. I was watching the news and see that a study was done on the Mediterranean diet and that people were able to stick to it longer and keep the weight off better. What are your thoughts? Have you seen any studies that support this?

    I have seen alot of studies that support that,
    they are some of the healthiest people.
    it is a great diet !!
