Hi Everyone
I'm new to the site but have been working out on and off for a while. I now realize the power of tracking food intake as it brings attention to a major part of weight gain.
Prior to starting one thing I did was reduce my portion sizes. With this change for the first time in 3 years my weight changed from the 2series to the 1 series (upper end of course!). I'm on a mission to drop about 25lbs but I'll continue as I am.
Having read so many other blogs thus far I want to thank you all for sharing your words of encouragment and support. I can't wait to get back down to healthier levels.
